1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Tokn.Deal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Our platform facilitates peer-to-peer (P2P) and over-the-counter (OTC) trading of digital assets on various blockchain networks.
2. No Financial Advice
Tokn.Deal is a technical infrastructure provider. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All trades are performed at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying the assets, counterparties, and terms of any deal you create or accept.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We never have access to your funds or private keys. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the trading of prohibited assets.
4. Fees and Protocol
Our smart contracts may collect protocol fees for facilitating trades. These fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it is irreversible and non-refundable.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tokn.Deal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from smart contract bugs, blockchain forks, network congestion, or user error. You interact with decentralized protocols at your own risk.
